Shipping Policy

Before you place an order with us, please have a look at our shipping policy below that applies to everything we ship.

Short and sweet – but not official – version:

We’ll do our best to get what you ordered to you as soon as possible.

However, we aren’t responsible if the customs in your country holds the product ("The Goods”), loses the shipment, decides to give it to their friends for their birthday, or whatever.  You are responsible for all costs incurred once it leaves our doors.  Of course, we carefully pack the product, ship it with a reputable company, and get a tracking # for you if applicable.

We’ve had great success shipping to many countries.

Official version:

“The Customer is responsible, at its own expense, for all duties, levies, taxes and other outlays levied by any authorities in connection with the export of the Goods from Singapore and the importation of the Goods into the country for which they are destined and will indemnify Plutoneium LLP against any fines, duties, levies, taxes, penalties, expenses and/or losses incurred by it in connection with such export and/or import of said Goods.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary license for importation and complying with any export laws and/or regulations in force in Singapore and any import laws and/or regulations in force in the country for which the Goods are destined.  The Customer shall be responsible for any and all said and related expenses.

Plutoneium LLP will make reasonable effort to meet delivery and/or performance estimates.  In no circumstances shall Plutoneium LLP be liable to compensate the Customer for non-delivery, non-performance or late delivery or performance.”
